Description
Origin and Composition:
Hexa Mango Rustic Red is a crafted surface included in our Crimson Moss 5th catalogue, which is part of the &OtherWorld collection. This collection includes a total of 48 inlaid surfaces.
It is made from organic waste raw materials sourced from a local factory"Pro-Foods" in the Philippines, which is the largest Philippine-based dried fruit producer
We purchase their waste from them and transform it into luxury surfaces.
Manufacturing Process:
As with all our surfaces, the process is meticulously handcrafted, starting from preparing the raw materials to the final finishing stages.
The waste product is sorted and cleaned by washing with water, then naturally sun-dried. It is then pressed between layers of plywood to flatten it, making it easy and ready for cutting to be inlaid on the substrate. In most cases, we introduce natural color adjustments after it is inlaid to match the requested surface, followed by the best bio-resin clear topcoat available on the market for durability and protection.

Hexa Mango Rustic Red is primarily used in residential and hospitality projects. It can be applied in various forms such as furniture, wall panels, and accessories, offering versatility for different design needs.

We offer flexibility in grout color and cuts, allowing for customization for both interior and exterior applications.
Technical Details and Pricing:
The starting price is €1500/m² without shipping costs from Cebu, the Philippines, however it could increase based on the complicity, application & volume.

The standard maximum panel sizes are 1220x2440mm, however we can produce bigger Bespoke sizes.
