Description
The Phoenix collection luminously represents the Lifecircle philosophy that is the soul of Offecct. Every piece is carefully conceived, thought through, purposefully designed and crafted for a long, sustainable and flexible life cycle. The fruit of this development process is a chair of original elegance and contemporary timelessness. The look of Phoenix is derived from a recycled aluminum frame with a trademark Y-shaped base. The upholstered parts can be easily removed and replaced when needed — or when the client wants a new color or material for novel functions and/or styles. The result is a brand new chair whose used parts are recycled. The Phoenix table has a slender shape that captures the expressions of the chair in a distinct but subtle way. The length is flexible and can be adjusted by adding extra inserts. The table complement the series designed to have a flexible long life according to Offecct’s Lifecircle philosophy. “As a designer, I want to drive and push development through the products I create and together with my clients point to alternative construction, production and material solutions. Offecct has a holistic view of sustainable design that I share and by acting together we can create real change,” says Nichetto
Back and seat in laminated wood with cold foam. Frame in recycled aluminium. Upholstered in fabric or leather, Standard leather Elmo Soft. Frame in grey texture lacquer RAL 7046.

Luca Nichetto is an Italian designer. After studies in industrial design at the IUAV in Venice, he began his professional career in 1999 by designing his first projects in Murano glass for Salviati. In 2006 he launched his own design firm, Nichetto&Partners, which specializes in industrial design and offers its services as a design consultancy.…
